now I can’t quite remember exactly when I got my Samsung Intensity, but it’s been at least 2 years.
This is the first cell phone I’ve ever had, and It’s been an excellent one. I learned its ins and outs, how to get to menus without even looking, texting without even looking, and eve how to tell if I’m about to get a text!
But all good things must come to an end, and this phone went out in style.
Granted, it would have lasted a lot longer if my ignorance hadn’t peaked when it did.
What ignorance, you ask? Oh, just leaving it on top of the car.
What was worse was watching it die. As I was pulling out of the college campus, I could hear it sliding along the top of the car. Horrified, I looked behind me to find the poor thing bouncing along the road, battery, keyboard, and back panel all going in separate directions. Yes, the keyboard came off, but I managed to get it back into the phone in hopes of saving it.
But as you can see….it’s far from saving.
Thankfully we’ve been eligible for an upgrade for a couple of months now, so we’re going to get a new phone. We haven’t looked at the options yet, but I’ll put them up when I’m able.
In the meantime, goodbye my phone. You’ve been great.
